Mary Kay Mascara Review

Yesterday I sampled the new Mary Kay Lash Love mascara.  I love trying new makeup but generally what happens is the salesperson will hold up the mirror, make comments about how it enhances X or hides Y and I respond with "oh yeah I see that" but in reality I don't really see any difference 99% of the time.

For once, I really did notice a difference.

When I opened the mascara, the first thing I observed was the brush and how different it was compared to other mascaras. The brush didn't hold a ton of mascara on it and had short bristles.  As I put it on, I saw that it really separated each lash and extended each lash in both width and length.  This mascara does not take a lot of product to see a difference.  Even the first stroke was noticeable on my eyelashes. I tried taking some before and after pictures, but I never could quite get the camera to capture what I was trying to show.  This mascara will definitely be added to my makeup lineup.

This mascara comes in waterproof or non-waterproof, as well as two colors: black and brown. It would be awesome if it came in a plum color too.
