Here is the recipe we used:
Cookie Ingredients:
- 1 cup softened dairy-free butter
- 2 cups brown sugar
- 2 eggs
- 1 cup rice milk
- 1 teaspoon root beer concentrate
- 4 cups flour
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 4 cups powdered sugar
- 1/2 cup dairy-free butter
- 3 Tablespoon rice milk
- 1 teaspoon root beer concentrate
- Cream butter & brown sugar
- Add eggs and beat into mixture
- Beat in milk & root beer concentrate
- Slowly add in flour, baking soda & salt
- Split into 2 8"-9" pans and bake at 375 for 30 minutes or until toothpick comes out clean
The middle was a bit undercooked but it was still delicious. We will be making these again :)
