Making Pickles

I have a slight addiction to pickles.  One of my favorite snacks is bread and butter slices wrapped in Tillamook Cheddar (I discovered this back in Jr High or Highschool).  When Brad and I go to Claim Jumper Happy Hour we always order an extra side of pickles.  We've had a waitress tell us she knew it was our order when she saw the side of pickles (we also go there almost every Friday so they know our order by now).

Yesterday and today, Brad and I worked at making our own pickles.  I don't have any fancy recipe, I just follow the directions on the Ball Kosher Dill Pickle Mix.  We picked up our pickling cucumbers from Carpinito Brothers in Kent (seriously the best place ever). There was a box on the clearance table for $10 so I bought that and also a bag of some other sizes that I wanted.  I should have just bought the box.  After 25 jars I still have about 1/4 of the box left.  Anybody have ideas for what else I can do with pickling cucumbers?

The majority of the pickles that I made are for sandwiches but I also did a few spears, whole and round slices. Maybe I need to take up bartering and trade some pickles for something else.  Any takers?
