The Garden Saga Begins

I started growing some seeds back in mid-February hoping that spring was just around the corner.  A few snowstorms later and the plants have made it outside.  This past weekend we bought a mini greenhouse to sit on the deck.  I had a LivingSocial deal that was expiring so we went to Bellevue Nursery to look around.  Brad had he idea of getting a greenhouse because Pixel has been eating my seedlings as they grow on the kitchen table. 

Here are the plants I'm going to try and grow this year:

• Spinach
• Red Leaf Lettuce
• Tomato (for Brad)
• Peas
• Carrotts
• Broccoli
• White Onion
• Green Onion
• Radish
• Misc. herbs from last year that are still alive
• Strawberries (the one plant I haven't killed for the past few years)
• Rhubarb which came back from last year
• Luffa Gourd! (Yes, as in bath luffas)
